- PBPete Black4 days ago1.0Sheesh! What a horrible experience at a place that is stypically one of the best places to eat. The place was empty upon arrival and now I think I understand why. The burger was good but there were only a little bit of lettuce, onions and mushrooms. Sad times there cuz the burger is the best. I was disappointed by the amount of fries given. Thats usually one of the trademarks of five guys is the amount of fries. Then I took a bite of my first fry and was okay with the amount because they were under cooked. They tasted like a warm fry but it was not cooked. The soda machine was not working. And the employees were like mad at me for bringing that up and made me feel like I was a bad person. I didn't raise my voice or anything just told them it wasn't working. This was a horrible experience. Sheesh!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
