- RPRhonda PourAug 6, 20262.0I ordered a salad with Italian dressing and received Ranch dressing. There was a line with only 1 person working so I didn’t go back to change it and I shouldn’t have to. Much of the lettuce was brown and nasty so adding the combo was a waste of money. The meal overall was a waste of money. I ordered the combination meal and when it arrived the only thing that was hot was the baked lasagna and to be quite honest it was dry and the bottom noodles were hard. The spaghetti with meatballs and penne with meat sauce and Alfredo was at the most Luke warm. The meatball inside was cold. So since I was already grossed out on the nasty salad I ate a breadsticks which were delicious and half the lasagna and got to go boxes and took everything home to microwave it to a decent temperature to consume. I told the man at the counter that it was cold and he just looked at me and said I’m sorry. $17.74 totally wasted. Should have gone to some place else that serves hot food. First time I’ve had that type of bad experience there at least. It’s normally much better!

This used to be a clean resteraunt when i used to go in there, but lately not anymore. The Managers and employees are just up at the counter talking. I do want to say, Reagan is very nice and courteous. I am glad I dont run this place because I would have it shut down. I could run this place better with my eyes closed.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and works hard to make sure orders are correct. You can tell they care about customer service and keeping the restaurant clean. Definitely one of the better fast food places in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Naszier, Nick and , Enyla are all super great workers and very kind and helpful all in all I give it 5 stars keep it up guys!!

Every table dirty with plates or food, floor had food on it under most tables. Breadsticks where a butter doughball, spaghetti sauce was not good and cold and every trash can had dirty plates piled up on top. Employees where friendly but all stood around joking and talking and not one cleaning. Pathetic! Will not be back. Dirty!
