  Dutch Bros has become my favorite coffee spot. I come through about 3 times a week since it’s opened. I get the 911 because in today’s life where most of us are overworked and underpaid and out here surviving on top of being a single mom I need all the extra energy I can get. I can’t say enough how every employee has always made me feel special, welcomed and all seem to have amazingly unique personalities. Today I went through and I can’t remember her name but every time I see her she really makes my day. And today it was definitely needed. My anxiety was high and her kindness put my mindset in an entirely new direction. The reality is if you’re an aware human being we know they are not paid enough to be out in the elements, holding it down when short staffed and managing a customer flow that a lot of the times can be entitled jerks who lack the very skill it takes to deal with them. Wait times can be longer depending on time and day but that’s not the employees fault. I hope all of the employees see this and know they do an amazing job and are so greatly appreciated. I’d also like to add I miss pulling in and hearing the music play. Nothing sets the tone for the day then grabbing your coffee and getting pumped up by the music on the speaker outside. And to all of the customers who pile up in one lane….STOP!!! There are two lanes for a reason. Mind boggling!!!! Edit to add: What makes your business so unique is that your staff can have fun and be themselves while they work. I literally come at least 3 times a week and have never not seen them holding it down while having fun. Signed, A Humble Human Being 🫶🏽

  Worse drive thru. Made the mistake of stopping here. I have been stuck in the Dutch brothers drive thru from hell. I used the mobile app.. not sure why. I ordered for 630. Get to the window at 645. Was told ok well get that started.. ummm what??° Do they make the drinks as you pull up? This is terrible.

  Coffee is good and offers more sugar-free options than most of the others, but service times are terrible. Also, don't bother ordering ahead as that doesn't seem to matter.

  So stoked to have a Dutch Bros here locally! This place was my favorite spot to stop for coffee when I lived in Oregon ten years ago and I'm happy to report the iced 911 with six shots of espresso is just as delicious as I remember!

  Dear Dutch Bros Management, I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your location. I was the fourth customer in line, yet the wait time was excessively long and far beyond what I would consider reasonable. While waiting, I observed staff members being extremely loud, laughing, and carrying on personal conversations rather than focusing on serving customers efficiently. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism appeared to impact the quality of service. My drink order was made incorrectly, which was frustrating after such a long wait. It seemed that employees were more focused on socializing and discussing their personal lives than on the responsibilities they are being paid to perform. Additionally, the overall atmosphere gave the impression that there was little to no adult supervision or management presence on-site. Customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism appeared to be lacking throughout my visit. I understand that employees should enjoy their work environment, but customers also expect timely service, accurate orders, and courteous, professional interactions.
