    Today was my first visit to Dutch bros to redeem my birthday reward. I placed my order in the app and I was greeted with the most bubbly staff members! I will definitely return to try some of the viral drinks.

    I had never tried Dutch bros before and I’m so glad I did, it was so good! The people were very friendly, and I got my drink made quick! I went to the walk up window and it was done in maybe 5-10 minutes! I highly recommend the banana bread latte!(Iced)

    Of All the DB locations this has to be the one with the worst customer service. So RUDE! Don't bother with your online order. It doesn't make it any faster. Still waiting in line for people to order. Even when 2 lines are formed.

    I went for the first time recently and must admit I was thoroughly confused when there was no voice on an intercom to accept my order. While I'm sure some may enjoy having a real person walk up to their car to take their order, truthfully, when I go through a drive through, I just want to order as quickly as possible and pick up my beverage Also, it seems a tip may be appropriate, even though someone is just taking my order and moving on to the next car. Most of us want to minimize expenditures and are already indulging in the price of the beverage. All that said... the latte was fabulous! I had a hot, plain latte that was far better than the competitors' are!

    Was given the incorrect drink when I questioned it girl at window became very condescending and rude. I have never been treated like that . I go at least twice a week to Dutch Brothers! Not anymore! Extremely disappointed in service! Funny how one server can ruin it !
