  Was excited to come to Chick-fil-A on July 5th because they were closed on July 4th my family and I arrived in Chipotle at around 9:00. Unfortunately just about everything we needed to go on our entrees they were out of. they were out of Pico colada whatever the name for tomatoes, they were out of lettuce they must have been out of the majority of sides because we got very little on our bowls. Then we had awards for chips and guac. We weren't unable to get our bonus chips because she kept saying that they were out for the night. How are they out for tonight when I saw bags of chips just sitting on the counter. I asked her very politely how's that you out of chips when I see them sitting right in sight. She rudely continued explaining that those belong to someone else and that the other ones were for kids orders just in case someone ordered a kid's order. After placing my order and realizing that I was not going to get everything that I had ordered I was noticed that I did not get my receipt even though I asked her to give me my receipt.So I had to go back in and get a reprint. Both young ladies who worked the evening/night shift at the Fairview Heights Chipotle has the nastiest attitudes. No respect for customer personal space while customers were eating they were cleaning and putting up chairs while customers were eating all in personal space. As I was leaving out aftergetting my receipt I noticed her arguing with the customers. I'LL LET YOU KNOW THIS I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY IN AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT DOES NOT SHOW ME RESPECT I WILL GO ALL ACROSS THE RIVER TO MISSOURI ST LOUIS NEXT TIME TALK TO YOUR PEOPLE YOU'RE LOSING MONEY I'VE LOOKED AT OTHER REVIEWS AND I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE. I should have taken pictures because the area where the food is prepared was terribly nasty food mixed in with other foods just horrendous buy Chipotle on the Fairview Heights side not again.

  This location was nasty by the drink station their organic lemonade are never replenished they don’t have attitudes the manager did smile but she has to keep somebody cleaning that lobby area because it will make a difference they worker not all but it seems they are tired the energy is boring not thriving not energetic not happy they seemed stressed the food was not good the chicken was cold and the vegetables are NOT FRESH at all !!! The queso was not warm the white rice was not done she can benefit from CLEANING CONSTANTLY, HIRING MORE PEOPLE, PLACING THEM IN THE RIGHT POSITION and FRESH FOOD watch for temperature time and quality control bc if I was a health inspector I would of failed her!!!

  One of the worst chipotle's that exist. I hate that I live near this one, it’s truly unfortunate that I like chipotle and live near this location. The worst food, the worst service. And been like this for years. Whoever manages this place, needs to be sent along their way.

  Ordered a chicken bowl and got half the bowl and no chicken, with extra sour cream and chewy rice! Honestly the worst food I’ve had from any chipotle restaurant in a long time. First and last time I come to this location, I recommend you do the same, why take the chance have this happening to you, what a joke!

  A Masterclass in Customer Service Hell — And Still No Dinner If you want to pay a premium to be trapped in an AI customer service loop while you starve, the Fairview Heights Chipotle is the place for you. I ordered directly through the Chipotle website to avoid third-party app headaches. When my delivery arrived, my actual entrée—a burrito—was completely missing. Mistakes happen, so I called the Fairview Heights store directly to get it sorted out. Instead of a human being, I was trapped in a useless AI phone loop that refused to help and told me to contact my delivery driver. I guess Chipotle quietly outsources their website deliveries to DoorDash. I tracked down the driver, who told me to contact DoorDash for a refund or a redelivery. But because I ordered through Chipotle's website, DoorDash had no record of my order to actually process a fix. So, back to Chipotle I went. I used the chatbot on their website, which immediately refunded the cost of the burrito but offered absolutely zero option to actually deliver the food I ordered. The result? I don’t have the dinner I ordered. I completely lost the delivery fee and the tip I paid for a driver to deliver a nonexistent burrito. My only option to actually eat the food I originally ordered is to place a completely new order, pay another delivery fee, pay another tip, and cross my fingers that they actually put the food in the bag this time. Absolutely unacceptable. It is a completely broken system designed to pass the buck between robots and third-party apps so that nobody actually has to take responsibility for making sure the customer gets their food. Order from anywhere else.
