  Another location that has gone downhill for awhile now. If you go to this location try during the day because at night it is terrible, especially after 8pm. They closed at 11pm, I ordered my food on the app and went to pick it up around 945. It was not ready, there was a line out the door and a good 8 people waiting to pick up food on a Saturday night. At 10pm an employee announces they are out of white rice, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, and guac is getting low. I finally got my burrito at 1030 minus white rice, sour cream and cheese. How can you have a restaurant and run out of food an hour before closing? I should be able to come in at 1045 and get anything on the menu. It will a long time before I return to this location if ever.

  THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION YET. It keeps getting worse, but we liked Chipotle and its the only one around. Last night will be the last time we go. Qdoba from now on. The staff was horrible, slow, not friendly at all. The place was disgusting and stank like weed and burnt chicken. Guy at the counter touching everything and then making the food. Never switched gloves. His pants were sagging so far down all you saw was his underwear. We were told they didnt have any steak ready, probably because the "cook" was standing in the back scrolling on his phone and not cooking anything. This was at 6pm. About 4 people in front of us in line, 2 people sitting down eating, and it took over 40 min to get our food. When we left, the line was out the door. The "Manager" just roaming around, wiped off a table, dumped some nasty hot water under the food containers while splashing water in the food. Woman at check out end was clearly struggling and the manager offered no help. Got home opened the food and couldnt even eat it after all that. Corporate needs to pop in this place and check things out. It should be shut down, cant imagine the code violations in the back if the front of the place looked that bad. Disgusting. Do better Chipotle!

  The young black man with short dreads and black hat spat in the trash while holding someone’s container of food RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! That is very disturbing and gross. We walked out immediately after seeing that. Corrective action need to be done. I’ll be staying away for awhile. Plus the counter and everything was messy. They were waiting around for food so why not clean in the meantime.

  Gross! My partner and I stood in the long line with no problem when we got up to the front the young man with the medium long dreads spit in the trash can in front of us and then proceeded to serve customers. I don’t know if that’s okay with chipotles company but it made us leave. I don’t want to watch someone who is serving food spit. Made me completely lose an appetite for chipotle.please correct that

  Food tasted subpar to most chipotle restaurants I’ve been to. When I went to order, it was very messy like rice, beans, sauce just everywhere. I watched a worker scoop queso over the salsas and it drip into other containers and it not be changed out or scooped out. I love chipotle. Hoping it isn’t always like this
