- JPJairus “Arthur” PicoAug 17, 20262.0Listen to the reviews. This is the dirtiest chipotle if not the dirtiest fast food place I have ever been. The lobby and the back were filthy. The workers dont wash their hands or change their gloves. One guy kept wiping his gloved hands on his dirty apron right in front of customers. As soon as I walked in I noticed at least 7 people waiting on their food (presumably mobile orders/doordash). At least the workers were cool and the food was relatively fresh.

Waited almost 10 minutes to place my order. Only one behind the counter was a man cutting up the meat. Then a long line formed behind me. A woman came in from outside and threw on some gloves without washing her hands. Food was cold, food everywhere around the containers, no plastic knives, dirty area near the condiments. I thought about calling the local health department about getting a food inspector out but decided my review and others will raise red flags to their corporate headquarters.

Came at 2 o'clock and the line gentlemen just said "out of steak" after the person in front of me just got a steak burrito. I ask before I order if they are out of steak to which the guy replies "we have more on the way" so then im like "oh ok let me get a steak bowl then. Dude proceeds to give me the lowest quality of what is left of the steak and then when I ask for a little chicken to make up for the steak, he says "that was 4 oz, the chicken will be extra" i dont have time anymore to argue and as a former chiptole employee im like 97% positive I didnt get 4oz of steak. Then of course im there to treat myself so I get guacamole and everything else goes fine but $16 for not even average product is crazy. I dont even like qdoba but I go because at least I get what I pay for
