Order Information: Mobile Order (Carry-out): #330191589 Date: 5/25/2026 Time: 6:22 PM We had placed a carryout order that was ready for pickup; however, I unexpectedly had to step away briefly to handle a matter that required my immediate attention. When my husband went in to pick up our order and provided our name, he was informed that our food had been thrown away because it had reportedly been sitting for more than 20 minutes. While I understand there may be food quality or holding procedures in place, what was most upsetting was the manner in which the situation was handled by an employee whose first name I believe was Josh or Joshua. According to my husband, Joshua was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily disrespectful during the interaction. When my husband asked how long it would take for the order to be remade, the response he received was essentially, “however long it takes.” The interaction escalated to the point that my husband became so upset that he sent me inside to wait for the remade order instead. Additionally, my husband stated Joshua was speaking harshly to another associate as well. In contrast, another employee named Leah was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She stepped in, ensured our order was remade, and helped improve an already frustrating situation. We truly appreciate her customer service and feel she deserves recognition. My family visits this location periodically, and my mother-in-law also frequents it. We have never experienced service like this at any Chick-fil-A location, which is why this interaction stood out so negatively. This was honestly the worst customer service experience we have had at Chick-fil-A. I would appreciate clarification regarding the policy on prepared carryout orders being discarded after a period of time, as well as a review of this interaction. While situations happen, customers should still be treated respectfully and professionally. It is also very difficult to submit feedback online.
