- LLLittlest-LapinMay 1, 20261.0I ordered a whopper meal on a potato bun with just cheese. The man who took my order got really snobby when I asked him to repeat my order back to me because he kept making mistakes when I initially ordered. When I got my order home, there was no cheese on my burger. Just the meat patty. When I ask for a cheeseburger I actually expect to have cheese on it, it's literally not that hard. He even said with just cheese on it when I asked him to read it back. He also up-charged me and gave me a large when I didn't ask for it, causing me to pay MORE for something I didn't ask for. I'm very annoyed by this and I'm not sure I'll give this place another chance. Please do better, Burger King of Fairview Heights.

She offered options that helped. At the pick up window she continued to be friendly. We were amazed at the quality of our food. It was delicious and reminded me of the original BK food from the 1970's. Even the fries were edible. I'm glad I gave BK another chance. I saw their CEO on FB reels and decided to check it out. Super happy I did. Welcome back to our fast food rotation.
- RHRichard HillApr 23, 20262.0Dropped in this morning and wanted to dine in. It didn't appear to be open and the staff was unclear about the vibe in option. Place did not appear to be clean. I left and found a McDonald's. I wonder if its just the Fairview Ofallon area or Illinois in general but nothing seems to nice around here anymore. Roads are bad everything is closing up.
