We were then acknowledged again about 5 mins later but were still not served. Another 2-3 mins went by and I ordered a milkshake. After I received it, it was another few mins before we could pay. I got to the car and as we were already driving a way I tried my shake and what I got was basically really cold milk. Milk shake was like $10 and it took roughly 20 mins until we finished the transaction. Will likely never go there again.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
