  Very bad service. Very slow moving lines inside and out. Had many people standing waiting to get their orders while everyone working was talking and trying to shut down kitchen when there were lots of people trying to order. I went inside to order and I placed my order and I watched the boys in the back and the guy with multiple tattoos wiped his face off with his hands then touched my food. Nobody was wearing hair nets or visors or gloves as this is a food establishment. Get it together Dairy Queen or you will be losing customers due to waiting times. Also seen several people walk out because of the disorganized orders. I ordered a large order of cheese curds, a chili dog, and two large drinks, waited 45 mins for the order to be done. This is not the dairy queen I've been to all my life.

  Waited way too long for order to be taken and for our food to be brought out. It was about 35 minutes and then we had to go up and inquire about where our drinks and ice cream was. One staff was very rude. DQ is normally ok but not today and there were not even busy. I counted 8 people in the whole place.

  Dirty sticky floors bathroom lock broke,fountain drinks machine broke, slow drive thru had to walk in, tea looked nast. Burger tasted good though.

  Why did I have to wait almost 30 minutes for two chicken strip baskets? They had 4-5 vehicles pulled to the side to wait, as well as a long line. The line didn’t move at all and had to leave to not be late for work. Spent my whole lunch waiting for nothing.

  When a customer is at the counter, they should be acknowledged. After standing there a few minutes and workers standing there. I asked if someone could take my order, a worker looked at me and said just wait a minute we're busy. If the employee had made that acknowledgement before, it would have worked out alot better. I left without ordering. Maybe letting the customer know that they are seen and they will be taken care of, would go along way.
