  That young employee looks like he’s being mistreated back there. And every time I come here it takes 30 minutes to make a single pizza. The manager is very rude and unprofessional.

  If I could give this location zero stars I would. I will never come back to this location again. I placed an order online and received a notification that my order was ready at 5:24, I arrived at 540 and the person at the counter Dionte (very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional) told me to come back in 15 minutes it’s not ready yet! I come back at 6:15 (35 minutes later) and Dionte (once again very rude and unprofessional) went to the back for 5 minutes and just started shouting to the customers in front their wait times. He got to me and told me 15 minutes, I asked how and he just said 15 minutes. I asked him if they even started making my pizza he said they started now. How is that even possible? He offered no compensation when I confronted him about the matter, no apology, just “oh well I’ll give you the money back” “ they didn’t start making it anyway “ he refused to give me the managers name, the corporate number anything. Worst experience ever and worst customer I’ve experienced in a long time. You need to train your employees better Pizza Hut!!

  Wings were all dry, no sauce and were cold I asked for burning hot and they had no spice at all. plus poor service.

  The man that took my order was welcoming. however he left and then a lady gave me what I ordered which was breadsticks. When I opened the order they were not breadsticks it was just one big piece of pizza with cheese I asked her to make sure it was cut for breadsticks. She told me they were not allowed to cut them and they break off into sticks. This was absolutely untrue. I ordered this for two kids to eat and it was a complete mess. Her explanation that they would break into sticks was absolutely ludicrous. The kids had to wait to eat, it when they got to a house and could cut it into slices. It didn't taste bad but they were unable to eat it in a car due to the fact that it is not breadsticks. Also she didn't include a bag, napkins, or anything just handed me a box and all I heard was her conversation about not having a ride. she wasn't at the counter having this conversation but it was still heard in the lobby area. It just seemed like there was no customer service and I know still will never understand why they wouldn't be cut into breadsticks if that's what we ordered.
