  The man that took my order was welcoming. however he left and then a lady gave me what I ordered which was breadsticks. When I opened the order they were not breadsticks it was just one big piece of pizza with cheese I asked her to make sure it was cut for breadsticks. She told me they were not allowed to cut them and they break off into sticks. This was absolutely untrue. I ordered this for two kids to eat and it was a complete mess. Her explanation that they would break into sticks was absolutely ludicrous. The kids had to wait to eat, it when they got to a house and could cut it into slices. It didn't taste bad but they were unable to eat it in a car due to the fact that it is not breadsticks. Also she didn't include a bag, napkins, or anything just handed me a box and all I heard was her conversation about not having a ride. she wasn't at the counter having this conversation but it was still heard in the lobby area. It just seemed like there was no customer service and I know still will never understand why they wouldn't be cut into breadsticks if that's what we ordered.

  Walked in waited around watched all 3 workers ignore me. One was standing in the middle of the floor on her phone watching a show with a broom in hand. Another was cutting pizza and the guy walked right passed me. A simple pick up took 5 minutes because I was waiting for someone to even say hello or not walk passed me while I'm standing there. Terrible service and 3 stars for food because you forgot to put the seasoning on my crust. At least make the food good if you're going to provide bad service.

  Horrible support for delivery. Notified driver on way, then notified driver cannot locate you. Call the driver who informs me he does not have my order, another driver took. Call Door Dash who says Pizza Hut Issue. Call store, no answer. Keep calling Pizza Hut support, they keep transferring me to store, again, no answer each time. At one point, was transferred to a pizza place in Pennsylvania. Since no one can seem to help with order and / or refund, I'll be disputing the transaction.

  I ordered on the app, did not receive my bread stick. I been constantly calling no one is answering. They keep connecting me with the store. No one is answering the phone, I been calling for 30 minutes now. I did not receive a phone text saying my order is on the way, no text saying they arrived. The lady delivery, just sat my order on my porch in a chair. The bread sauce was there, but no bread sticks, she must’ve kept them for herself, Horrible Service!!!!!
