  I purchased a gift card in this store in December, but no money was placed on this card. The recipient held on to the card and I discarded the receipt. I also couldn't remember which McDonald's I purchased it from until today when their corporate office suggested i check my bank. Long story short. The manager Alexus will not refund my money or activate my gift card because I don't have the receipt, but I have my bank information showing that I purchased the card. I will never buy a gift from McDonald's again. If you purchased a gift card from this location in evergreen park, be sure you check the card before discarding your receipt.

  I am so sorry that your staff is that rude and disrespectful when I asked a simple question of an order. I placed almost 11 minutes ago. Have to come inside and you’re gonna tell me it’s been less than five minutes and I can wait excuse me wow where do the customer service in this place go I don’t know and our manager is standing right there that just shows a lot the food was disgusting. I do not recommend coming here.

  I always knew McDonald’s wasn’t gonna be the best food choice but this is absolutely sad. My hashbrowns were completely raw. My coffee tasted like hot water. The food was barely edible. This is real affirmed that I should never eat here again not just this location, but any McDonald’s? Thank you, McDonald’s for opening my eyes with your terrible terrible food

  It’s fast food FAST FOOD IT WILL GET RID OF THAT HUNGRY PAIN and cause problems later down the road but who cares we live for the now! All there food is terrible for your body pasteurized & processed and who knows what else so eat at your own risk unfortunately this is all some people can afford yet the world don’t care bc society made it a Norm & it’s all for the masses and corporate greed! is the corrupt system we live in! If you need to read a review for McDonalds you might want to check the job posting section as well!

  Very unprofessional. Placed a uber eats order at 10:20 they called me at 11:30 saying it’s lunch time and cancelled my order when my order should’ve been made.
