- TTTheManiShowJun 3, 20263.0The food is okay, but unfortunately the service is not. During peak lunch hours, I had to go back around in the drive thru because my order was wrong. Once I left the parking lot, I realized they left my sauce out too. I don’t want to have to keep going in the drive thru 500 times in order to get my order correct. Fast pace should not interfere with good service. The lady who took my payment at the first window was really nice though.

- CBCarla BMay 19, 20261.0I purchased a gift card in this store in December, but no money was placed on this card. The recipient held on to the card and I discarded the receipt. I also couldn't remember which McDonald's I purchased it from until today when their corporate office suggested i check my bank. Long story short. The manager Alexus will not refund my money or activate my gift card because I don't have the receipt, but I have my bank information showing that I purchased the card. I will never buy a gift from McDonald's again. If you purchased a gift card from this location in evergreen park, be sure you check the card before discarding your receipt.

Have to come inside and you’re gonna tell me it’s been less than five minutes and I can wait excuse me wow where do the customer service in this place go I don’t know and our manager is standing right there that just shows a lot the food was disgusting. I do not recommend coming here.
