But unfortunately, the customer service really needs improvement 😕. I called ahead to ask if they had any Valentine’s-themed donuts, and the woman on the phone simply said no. Later, while searching for another option for my son’s school, I noticed those exact specialty donuts were actually listed and available on Uber Eats 🤔📱. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced something like this at this location. I decided to place an order anyway just to see what would happen - and of course, it was accepted and prepared. When I went to pick it up, no one greeted me, and I was completely ignored while standing there 🙄. One employee even walked right past me without saying a word. I had to stop her myself just to ask about my order. It’s disappointing because the food is great, but the lack of basic customer service makes the whole experience frustrating 😞.

I was there for over half an hour, and the employees leave the taps running the entire time just to soak the blenders! They are destroying the planet by wasting water.
