I've witnessed vehicles that weren't even in line when I walked in and next thing I know they're leaving the pay window with their order, at least tell walk-in patrons "We're lil short-handed right now, We'll be with you in one moment please" or something!?! , Then I had an employee finally take my order and then just stood there after my ring-up until AFTER I got my wallet out, card out and inserted, instead of starting my order (a cup of coffee and donut is more than likely fulfilled by the cashier anyways) like most other places as if my card may decline or something...and all this on a Sunday morning at that...No Thanks! ZERO STARS, LAST VISIT THERE !!!
- SDS DAug 30, 20261.0Very disappointing experience, followed by an even more disappointing response from Dunkin Corporate. I visited the 87th & Kedzie location around 10 a.m. and ordered four donuts, a croissant egg sandwich and three hash browns. The sandwich and hash browns were warm, but the donuts were so cold I could feel the chill through the bag. When I immediately asked if they could be warmed, I was told, “We don’t do that here,” followed by an unnecessarily loud and dismissive interaction when I questioned it. A manager/supervisor became involved but did little to actually address the situation or apologize. The irony is that I went to another Dunkin afterward and had no problem getting the donuts warmed. I’ve also had the same request accommodated at the Canal Street location, so clearly this is not universally treated as an unreasonable request. I contacted Dunkin Corporate with a detailed account of everything that happened. Corporate asked me to call so they could discuss the matter and “make this right.” I explained that I had already provided extensive detail and preferred to keep communication by email. They then stopped responding. I followed up again after a week and still received nothing. The original experience was disappointing. Being ignored after taking the time to formally report it to Corporate is what really cemented my impression. I expected better from Dunkin.

- MMmimi mimiMay 25, 20261.0Worse Customer Service I have seen in a long time. Disrespectful female employee overcharged me, a "manager " stepped in to correct the matter.. However, the female employee spoke to me like I was some" hood" person on the street !, not like a customer. It felt very racist. I am not sure what has happened to this location, but too many African Americans patronize this establishment for us to to be mistreated, as I will be taking my African American dollars elsewhere. Please note that the "manager" stood there and watched his female employee be disrespectful and rude. Train your staff in customer service, race relations and common sense !! Obviously, all three of these are lacking at this location.
