  Closed down 1 hr before closing time. Google says establishment closes at 11p. I drove 20 minutes. Arrived at 10p and the doors were locked staff were inside, cleaning.

  Food was emaculate, and there is a very nice employee named Corey or Cory. Everytime I am in this establishment he is very sweet and he always starts conversations and makes sure our food is good and just the way we want it! He is def my friends and I favorite employee!

  I visited the Chipotle located at 3259 W. 95th Street in Evergreen Park and was very disappointed with the level of service. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, the conditions during my visit were unacceptable. There were no utensils available for customers, the dining room floor was covered with trash, and every garbage can was overflowing. I brought the issue to the cashier's attention. She kindly provided me with a fork, but explained that they had simply been very busy. Being busy should not excuse basic cleanliness and customer service standards. Customers should not have to eat in an unsanitary environment or search for basic items such as utensils. I hope management addresses these issues and takes the necessary steps to improve the overall customer experience.

  I am writing to report an unpleasant visit to your Evergreen Park location on May 21, 2026 at approximately 8:42 PM. When I entered the store staff loudly announced there was “no guacamole or cilantro.” I asked a young female employee why guacamole was unavailable and confirmed the store’s closing time was 11:00 PM. A male employee then told me the items were gone and said they were made in the morning and that there was nothing left. I told him this was unacceptable and that, on prior visits, items are frequently unavailable. He then told me to leave; when I objected, another employee told me I should not come if items were never available. A third employee threatened to call the police; an officer did arrive, and I left peacefully after speaking with the officer. A different employee later apologized for the others’ behavior. I found the staff’s tone and conduct rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. As a former franchise owner in the food/retail sector, I expect basic customer service standards that were not met on this visit. Another customer in the store voiced the same recurring complaint about missing items.
