  Our server was great! I don't know his name, but kudos to him...... the guy on the grill, absolutely TERRIBLE! we got there about 330 this afternoon, and there was absolutely no meat ready to serve besides chicken and Barbacoa. When the server asked the griller how long the wait would be, he gave such a nasty response. And a 20 minute wait for steak at 330 was beyond what my patience would allow. That location needs to do better! And, the floor was sticky in the dining area!

  Often when I come things are unavailable. I ordered today and received my food. I then remembered I’d wanted shells with my bowl as I usually get. I pulled into the drive thru to ask and was told I was just seen inside getting my food. I explained that I forgot to ask for hard shells. Another employee came behind him as I was explaining and they both went to the front. A female employee then showed up I believe who checked me out at the register initially and said you have to pay for hard shells and there isn’t a register back here. Telling me I had to come back around the building park and come inside for a side of hard shells after they all ran from the front to the back window to me to tell me they already saw me and then it took a third person involved now that for some reason couldn’t handle this either. She left after I said okay I will order them online real fast understandingly and she left. One of the males then came up to the window and said she told you you have to come inside while I was letting him know when I saw him coming less than 20 seconds after she left back to the front door that she let me know and I was going to try to place the order real quick online as I already had the app pulled up in my phone when approaching the window. I pulled over to a parking spot to order. I see you are unable to order hard shells online on the app. It is disappointing. I just went inside to get them and the guy with the dreads says he doesn’t feel like ringing them up I got them though

  I don’t live in the area, this was my only time stopping at this location because I was at the hospital nearby. The cashier was polite but I could tell she was tired. The cook, he said his name was Corey, was hilarious and made my visit very pleasant! He even insisted I waited on fresh chicken for my bowl. He honestly made me forget I was just in the hospital, so I wanted to share this gem. And my bowl was delicious as expected! If I ever go back to this location, it’ll be because of Corey.

  This place is a MESS, DISGUSTING, never seen a chipotle in this kind of condition. There is NO customer service. Employees there, don’t acknowledge anyone is there. My family and I walked in and walked right back out. I wouldn’t even have my dog eat there. Chipotle should be ashamed to have those employees working there.

  FOOD WAS OVER GOOD!!!!!! cory especially did his thingggg back there onna grillll me nd my bestfriend CLEANED OUR BOWLLL!!! cory made this food bombbb😌 was pleased wit my experience here
