  I come in every morning before work or mid afternoon for lunch. I’ve been coming to this cava since it opened i’ve also gone to other cava’s and I can truly say I like the way the food texture and taste has changed ever since they put a female grill cook. I think I’ve seen her at another cava before I don’t know, but she is such a good cook. I like the way she carries herself and communicates with her peers. The rice has a better texture than before. The chicken is juicier than ever. LOVE IT. I would definitely recommend to someone else and I will continue coming as long as she’s cooking. The customer service here is wonderful as well, I feel welcomed every time I walk in. I don’t like that these other customers give attitude to the employees when they’re truly are being as patient as they can with everyone. As a customer to another y’all need to be patient with the workers stop being so greedy and rude. I will definitely defend the employees when I get the chance to cause these customers be crossing the line as if they’re entitled to getting “what ever they want”. They ask for more but complain about the prices make that make sense. It’s literally fresh food made.

  Ricky was fantastic. He was very patient with me. I was undecided and he didn’t rush me to take other customer . I always feel this location is very welcoming, especially to new customers. Arianna was fast at the checkout and actually went back and stated my order over so that I could add my reward number. So glad Cava has come to Evergreen

  The food here is hit-or-miss. The pita chips were fresh, soft, and delicious, and the falafel was surprisingly flavorful despite its unique appearance. However, other items didn't taste fresh. The service was also lacking, and the location wasn't very clean. I arrived right at opening, but the front door and the glass display near the food were already visibly dirty.

  I really love the food, the restaurant over all but today might be my last day coming to this location! I made a Uber Eats order for pick up my food was ready on my arrival I confirmed with my app at the cashier. I took my food outside to check it and 30 sec later was followed by another employee out the restaurant by a male asking about my order which left me to try to explain myself I guess because I wasn’t in a car or look the part after along day of work myself I had to be questioned mind you no one else was questioned and it was atleast 5 other ppl for pick up order as well I always came to this location never had any problems with nothing and the food is wonderful but this encounter was a bit weird which I did ask to speak with a manager still was uneasy about the situation that happen again it’s embarrassing and unacceptable I felt judge to be honest please get a better system.

  Hi. When I tell you my first experience at Cava has created a lasting relationship is an understatement... I visited the Evergreen Pk location today and Ricky provided Phenomenal Service.. I shared although I've eaten Mediterranean food before I didn't know how to achieve a similar taste... Ricky, was very patient and gave me several options from proteins 2 vegetables as well as sample so I will know in the future how 2 build a bowl... The food was outstanding... Thanks Again Team Ricky... See you soon!! 😊
