  For me, Buffalo Wild Wings is more than just a place to grab wings and drinks; it’s the unofficial backdrop to the different chapters of my life from going there with my older brother, then friends in college, now teacher friends as an adult, and lastly on nights you just want to stay in, curled up on the couch, and relax. Walking through those doors instantly triggers a sense of nostalgia that few other places can match. When this spot first opened up, it was kind of a struggle like Jenga pieces holding on for their dear life on the last round before falling. I stopped ordering and just dealt or found other places, but this weekend, my husband was out on a trip, so I said "why not" and made it a relaxing night in of comfort movies and take out. I recently had a fantastic experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I just had to share how impressed I was with the entire process from start to finish. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this is the spot. Right from the jump, the communication was spot on. I called ahead with a few questions, and they actually answered the phone promptly—which is a rarity these days. Shout out to Anthony who pulled out his own phone to help me order BOGO wings from the app. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to ensure I had all the info I needed without making me feel rushed. When I walked in to get the food, Anthony (found out it was him when I went up) addressed everyone in order, made sure orders were correct, even used his limited Spanish to help a DoorDasher lady grab the food, and gave me a few minutes to realize the new containers with double sections when I was worried where my second order was (yes, go ahead and laugh - I take my wings seriously! :) ) The ease of the process was a total game-changer. I can't stress this enough. I may even go back today when they're not having the deal (yes, gluttony is my downfall). The online system was intuitive, and when I arrived for pick-up, my order was ready exactly when promised. No hovering around the lobby or wondering where my food was—just a smooth, professional hand-off. Most importantly, the quality of care put into the food was evident. Everything was packed securely to stay hot, and the wings were perfectly sauced (not soggy!). Between the friendly atmosphere and the delicious, high-quality wings, this B-Dubs location is firing on all cylinders and back on my roster, baby!

  Never coming back here again. I was serviced by a young man that reeked like marijuana. When I was handed my food, even the plastic bag smelled like marijuana, so that means his hands weren’t even washed. Disgusting place and service is awful. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?????

  There’s barely seasons on my fries and I didn’t even get the extra patty in my all American burger. This was not worth $50, just don’t order from here.

  I pulled up at 11:15pm to pick up an order. It appeared they were closed because all the lights were off. They were open until 12am but apparently not taking any more orders and refusing to make the order I was picking up for an Uber customer. The order was still on the screen but they claimed it was gone or someone else has picked it up. They would not remake it. Another customer walked in for his own order and they said they didn't get it and weren't making any more food tonight. This was a half an hour before their actual close time. The young girl was clearly irritated anyone bothered to walk in and try to talk to her and told me to cancel my order because they're closing. I asked what time they close and she tell me 12am which was still a half an hour away.
