    Dear Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received during my visit to your Evergreen Park location (3447 W. 95th Street) on Friday, July 3, 2026, at approximately 3:16 p.m. I have been a loyal Binny’s customer for many years and regularly choose this location because of its excellent selection and the outstanding customer service I have consistently received in the past. Unfortunately, my interaction with the cashier, Christian, fell far below the standard I have come to expect. After providing my phone number for my rewards account, Christian attempted to pronounce my name incorrectly. I politely corrected him twice, yet instead of acknowledging the correction respectfully, he responded dismissively by saying, “Whatever.” I found this response to be extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Once my transaction was complete, I pleasantly asked whether any of my purchases qualified for a rewards discount, as I noticed a one-cent discount items on the counter. Rather than simply answering my question, Christian replied, “If it was, I would have told you.” Again, his tone and response were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that I am not simply an occasional customer. I am a professional event manager and purchase beverages from this location numerous times each month, often placing orders exceeding $1,000. I intentionally drive out of my way to shop at this store because of the quality of service I have received over the years. To be treated with such disrespect by an employee is unacceptable. I did speak with the manager before leaving, and she informed me that she would address the matter with Christian. While I appreciate her willingness to speak with him, I do not feel that this alone adequately addresses my concerns. As a loyal customer who has invested thousands of dollars with your company over the years, I believe this situation warrants further attention. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure other customers are treated with the professionalism, courtesy, and respect they deserve. I value my relationship with Binny’s and would like to continue shopping at this location with confidence that this type of experience will not happen again. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from you regarding how this matter will be addressed.

    It’s always semi packed but that’s expected. Staff and security are always welcoming and nice. They keep it stocked in here.

    I placed an online order and I didn't wait for my order confirmation so, when I went inside to ask about it. The customer service person was so rude to tell me what to do next time. I chose to get my liquor by myself. This stuff needs some better training. Thank you.

    Asked if they did a first responder discount and the cashier said they did. The Caucasian store manager with long hair and glasses came by and asked for credentials. When I presented my paramedic ID he said “ oh we don’t do it for you guys. Only for real first responders, people that put their life in danger like Firefighters and police” the ignorance of this statement was shocking. He then smirked and walked away. Apparently paramedics aren’t first responders and all the paramedic on duty deaths caused by patients don’t matter. Very disappointed in Binnys management.
