  Absolutely horrible service. At the drive-thru on 5/19/26 around 9:20 AM, the Hispanic woman taking orders had an extremely rude, nasty, and disrespectful attitude toward Hispanic customers. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. If you value basic respect and decent customer service, avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Go somewhere else and do not waste your money at this location.

  How are you gonna say you’re open 24/7 to delivery but then tell uber drivers you’re closed despite there being someone inside, then instead of canceling my order I had to wait until the latest arrival before i could get my order cancelled. absolutely ridiculous

  This is by far the filthiest McDonald's I've been to on the northshore. I am actually embarrassed to say I have been here. There wasn't a clean table in the building, some had trash falling off of them, the soda counter had ketchup and trash all over. They marked that my cheeseburger had no ketchup yet I bit into a burger full of it. All 3 of them were made wrong. The manager had nothing to say. The owners of this location should be embarrassed. The sad thing is due to it's convenience people will still come, but I doubt locals will.

  Door dashed from here. Two filet o fish meals, comes with 2 sandwiches, two medium fries and 2 medium coke. Got 2 sandwiches, five drinks (none of them coke) and no fries. Like how do you mess up an order that bad ?????

  I came through the drive thru to get breakfast after working night shift in the hospital. I drove past the payment window by accident and the staff member at the pick up window was incredibly rude about it. She rolled her eyes at me and had quite the attitude, because she had to go hand off my card at the payment window. To the lady at the window, despite what you may think I did NOT do this on purpose just to piss you off.... try to have a little more patience with people...hostility before 7am is really unnecessary. Also the "iced coffee with cream", was essentially iced half and half...I wish I could add a picture... it looked like a cup of milk
