    Such a bummer tonight. I tried putting my order in online and via the app but the payment wouldn’t go through. Same thing had happened a month ago. Okay, I thought, I will call to order as I am in a hurry with three kids and a hangry husband. When I got the order, the food was yummy but about half of the order was incorrect in some way which meant that a friend with dietary restrictions went hungry. Once we got to our destination and realized the error, I called multiple times to see if they could just make her sandwich so she could eat but no one answered the phone and there was no option to leave a message.

    Ordered delivery from here on 6-2-26. 1/2 the order was missing. I called and spoke to the manager. He offered to refund the order or have it re-delivered. I decided to get a refund as I wasn’t at my home and could not wait for re-delivery, plus it was delivered on a bicycle by an older woman. I didn’t think it was fair to her to have to re-deliver my order that way, especially after talking to her briefly on how re-delivery and screwed up orders are common and it wasn’t ideal on a bicycle! I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND OR CREDIT THAT WAS PROMISED BY THE MANAGER! The part of the order that I did get was very lacking on the sandwich. It was mainly all bread! Not what I’m used to getting from Jimmy Johns (don’t think I’ve ever had from this location before though).
