  Ordered delivery from here on 6-2-26. 1/2 the order was missing. I called and spoke to the manager. He offered to refund the order or have it re-delivered. I decided to get a refund as I wasn’t at my home and could not wait for re-delivery, plus it was delivered on a bicycle by an older woman. I didn’t think it was fair to her to have to re-deliver my order that way, especially after talking to her briefly on how re-delivery and screwed up orders are common and it wasn’t ideal on a bicycle! I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND OR CREDIT THAT WAS PROMISED BY THE MANAGER! The part of the order that I did get was very lacking on the sandwich. It was mainly all bread! Not what I’m used to getting from Jimmy Johns (don’t think I’ve ever had from this location before though).

  They put so much ice in the fountain drink when ordered ahead of time or for delivery. This happened twice to me and my coworker.

  Uncomfortably rude staff. Staff don’t talk even when you order so awkward vibes overall. Food tastes great though.
