  It’s fine! Reliable coffee shop centrally located with cute outdoor seating and a good study environment inside as well. Good coffee, but food is not great.

  I love their green smoothies and the place is spacious and plenty of seating indoor and outside. It has a true college town coffee hangout vibe. The coffee is good. Some times of the day they are understaffed so the service can be a bit slow but they staff up around lunchtime. I liked their smoothies so much I want to one of their locations in Chicago and the smoothie tasted so different and not good. So the quality can vary by location. I love this location in Evanston.

  I would definitely not recommend the matcha here, it was powdery, bitter and the vanilla syrup tasted so artificial. The employees were nice and there were a lot of tables to do work at. I was grateful that they were blasting the AC on a very hot day. I think this a perfectly fine establishment and I’m sure if I got something else it would have been a better experience.

  What a terrible customer experience in this coffee shop - The supervisor scolded me for talking on my phone while ordering a quick coffee so I could rush back to my hotel for meeting. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service- While the cashier was not bothered and I checked back with her - The supervisor insisted on interrupting my call to tell me that I was out of order talking on my phone while ordering- Clearly this company does not value the profit they make from $6 coffee - I’d never go back there and suggest all customers don’t - worst experience ever

  Excellent cold brew, and it's real cold brew not coffee thrown on ice. The 🥥 cream on top is also stelllah.
