- AKAmeya Kulkarni3 days ago1.0I’ve given this Chipotle several chances and the experience has been consistently awful. Staff are dismissive, ignore customers in line, and move incredibly slowly, even when it isn’t busy. Online orders are rarely ready on time. The line area and prep counter often look dirty, with food spilled and left there, and ingredients that don’t seem fresh, which makes me question basic hygiene. My order is frequently wrong, with missing or incorrect items and no apology or ownership. Chipotle corporate needs to step in and completely overhaul this location or reconsider whether it should stay open.

The best part about coming to this location, if you enjoy disappointment, is that you will always walk out satisfied in that disappointment. It is the only thing they manage to deliver consistently. Every single time I convince myself it must have just been a bad visit. I walk in thinking, “No way it happens again.” And then it does. Without fail. I am once again chewing through under seasoned, rubbery chicken that somehow manages to be both dry and questionable at the same time. I’m from the Midwest. I was raised on food where seasoning was treated like a risky decision. I know bland. I was built by bland. But this is something else. This feels like a deliberate avoidance of flavor. If this place existed in medieval times, peasants would celebrate it. Not because it tastes good, but because it is so aggressively plain they would finally be confident it was not cursed by witchcraft. This is the kind of meal that would pass a royal tasting simply because it inspires absolutely no reaction. Do yourself a favor and go to Guzman down the road. They will still take your money, but at least they acknowledge that seasoning is real and take me to flavor town.
