They also gave me two extra bags of stale chips, which I’m gonna throw directly in the garbage.. I will never order from this chipotle again.

He literally put in 5 pieces of chicken and when I asked him to put the usual amount of chicken he asked if I wanted to pay extra. At that point I told him I'm not interested and walked right out of the shop. How is chipotle still in business with this ridiculous service? Which manager gave the ridiculous guideline that the regular meat serving is LITERALLY five small chunks of meat? Never coming back.

Here, they gave me a laughable amount of rice, and when I asked for more, they said it was "regular," even though it was smaller than usual. For guacamole, it was the same story—a microscopic scoop, and I had to pay extra for a normal amount. They didn't give me a receipt at the checkout, and when I came back to ask for it, it turned out the machine was broken. I had to wait ten minutes for them to fix it and print out all the receipts for the day. Usually, I pay about eighteen dollars for my order, but today it was twenty-four. I am giving this location one star.
