  The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They’re always late, and I have to wait 20-30 minutes even if I order it through the app. And the staff is terrible!

  I strongly advise against visiting this establishment due to an extremely distressing experience my girlfriend and I had last night. When we approached the counter to order, the employee preparing the bowls appeared visibly irritated, despite the fact that we were the only customers in line. Her first words to us were a curt, “What do you want,” delivered with clear hostility. She rushed through my order so quickly that I couldn’t even request all the toppings I wanted. When she turned to assist my girlfriend, her behavior escalated. She repeatedly asked, “What else?” even after my girlfriend clearly stated she only wanted lettuce. My girlfriend repeated her request multiple times, yet the employee continued to demand “What else!”—eventually shouting it loudly enough to startle both of us. My girlfriend became visibly nervous and flustered, and the employee’s tone made her feel as though she had done something wrong. I looked around, hoping another staff member would intervene, but every employee stood by silently. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Although the supervisor offered complimentary drinks and chips, the only corrective action she took was pulling the employee aside for a brief conversation. Given the severity of the behavior, this response felt completely inadequate. My girlfriend stepped outside while I spoke with the supervisor. When I joined her, she was crying and said, “I don’t know what I did wrong.” Seeing her so upset was heartbreaking. I went back inside and asked the supervisor to have the employee apologize, but she dismissed the request and instead asked where my girlfriend was. By the time she went outside, my girlfriend had already walked away in distress. I told the supervisor that the employee’s conduct was unacceptable and warranted termination. She responded that she could only issue a warning. It was clear no meaningful action would be taken. I spent an hour searching for my girlfriend, who remained shaken by the encounter. This experience was unacceptable on every level. I strongly recommend avoiding this location, and I intend to escalate this matter to ensure appropriate action is taken. Please do not waste your time coming to this dump. The fact that other people had similar experiences based on the reviews, I am shocked this place is in business!

  Great customer service. Great big portions. When I order in or on door dash it's always right. I love going here..I also do door dash for this company
