  I went to Benny's Evanston Saturday May 2, 2026 approx 6pm. I made a purchase over $100. A Black lady, tall, in her late 40's or 50's was my cashier. After paying and walking to the exit, I asked her if I could have one of those empty cardboard boxes they keep at the exit that they give away for free to customers who need a box to carry their purchase. She told me "no." She obviously is mean-spirited with mental issues that has no business interacting with customers.
