  After working a 50+hour week I thought I would love a quarter pounder with cheese and just go home and relax. I stopped by and ordered my burger. I couldn't wait to have a bite so I opened it and did... It was cold. I mean COLD. I turned around and went back to ask for my money back. I lost my appetite. The young man at the window was nice, the manager was horrible. No we are sorry, can we make a fresh one just reluctantly. took the money out of the register and slapped it in my hand and slammed the window closed. I have been in customer service my whole life. I stopped at the next window and asked for the managers name and was told to keep the line moving she cannot tell me the managers name? What? Just a crazy bad experience. I am a senior citizen and did not deserve to be treated like this. Never again and I have been going there for years. Shame on you. Her name was Mary I was told today.

  Garbage food and terrible service. They don’t listen when you place your order at the drive-thru, and what you get is completely unacceptable. The food tasted old—dried-out, dark meat, cold fries, and cold chicken nuggets. It honestly feels like everything is pre-made and left sitting for far too long just to cut corners. Yuck.

  Get a DoorDash there the other day and I kind of felt like the management and the workers were kind of being prejudice, and I noticed a lot of fast food restaurants. You have no diversity. I think they feel they can speak to you and treat you any type of way it took me almost 7 minutes to get my DoorDash order and she had locked the store at 7:11 in the morning saying they was under staff and I saw about seven employees I did call corporation. I know they’re gonna sweep it under the rug as usual. this lady that was on duty this morning. She should be terminated.
