I ordered mine from the counter, then waited 43min for it (the store was not busy at all when I placed my order). An employee was threatened by an irate customer behind me in line, so it’s not safe to work there. Close this location immediately!

Wait times were 15-30 mins, and witnessed several customers just walk out after not being acknowledged while standing in line at the counter. I’m sure the employee was doing his best but better communication and customer service is necessary when you can tell everyone waiting is pissed off. Regardless, whoever manages this place likely lost a few repeat customers today. My family, for certain, will not be back.

The employee that brought me my order had a stank attitude from the time I called the store to inform them I had arrived, to the point where she handed me my order. I thanked her for my order as she handed it to me & she didn't even bother saying you're welcome so I said it again with more emphasis and she decided to respond that time. I enjoyed my order even though I didn't get the caramel sauce that I paid extra for on my Sundae. Ms lady needs to focus on doing her job correctly and follow simple directions that a child could follow instead of being so rude. Judging by the other reviews I can see there's a pattern with the employees at this location, I'd rather take the drive to a different location.
