  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Jonathan P. I just want to take a moment to recognize Jonathan P. for providing truly exceptional customer service. When I came into the store, Jonathan was busy wiping up a wet floor, but he still took the time to notice that I was looking for a product that appeared to be the only one left in the store. Instead of simply telling me where to look or saying they were out, he personally walked all the way to the back room to check if they had another one available. He went above and beyond—and he found exactly what I was looking for! It’s employees like Jonathan who make customers feel valued and appreciated. He was hardworking, polite, helpful, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure I left satisfied. Jonathan is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. I hope management recognizes his effort and understands how valuable employees like him are. If every store had more employees with Jonathan’s attitude and work ethic, customer service would be at a whole different level. Thank you, Jonathan, for taking the extra time to help me.   After, being refused service at the Deli at the other Jewel location because they apparently were closed for the night surprisingly really early. I came to this location and was immediately helped by such a nice and very polite gentleman in the Deli with a smile and I was able to get my delicious grilled and fried chicken 🍗 . He literally saved me from having to cook that night. Very grateful to that gentleman. Jewel definitely needs more hard working employees like the gentleman in the Deli. I didn’t get his name but it late in the evening of July 9 when I shopped here. He definitely deserves a shout out for being awesome and hardworking!

  I went to the pharmacy today for some questions on my prescriptions. I was fortunate enough to have Roma help me and she was wonderful. Patient, kind and incredibly helpful. She took the time and was able to get everything straightened out and got the App to work for me as well. She truly went above and beyond today to assist me and I greatly appreciate her time. Thank you Roma!!

  Jewel used to be the best way to shop. It’s become the worst. They over draft your accounts even when they don’t have an item you want they can’t just adjust you total they double take out of your account. Tonight they triple took from me causing me to be neg in my account. When called they said it would be back in my account 3-5 business days meanwhile I’m out of money for that time jewel in my opinion are thieves I’ll never shop there again

  Tried to pay for groceries at those new machines, walked up to 3 down machines and then when I finally went to pay on the one it kept giving me problems and no one helped for over 5 minutes while a line grew. Horrible
