Before I even had a chance to answer or choose an ingredient, he was already asking for the next one. It was very confusing and stressful, and because of how rushed I felt, I forgot to add some of the items I usually get. He seemed like someone in charge, not a teenager, but he was very unprofessional and not friendly at all. It looked like he had been doing the job for so long that he was just repeating the same questions over and over without paying attention to the customer. It felt like he was just trying to push everyone through to the cashier as fast as possible. While I was there, I also saw him speaking very harshly to a group of kids and telling them to leave. Regardless of the situation, the way he spoke to them came across as rude and disrespectful. The teenage cashier was also in a bad mood and wasn’t friendly. On top of that, the restaurant was very dirty. Almost every table needed to be cleaned, and the drink station was empty of several beverages that hadn’t been refilled. I was honestly shocked by the overall experience. Customer service and cleanliness were both far below what I expected. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location.
