During my visit, there were five employees present, but only one person was handling the register and taking orders, which resulted in a 30-minute wait in line. While waiting, I also observed an employee eating food while preparing orders, which raised concerns about professionalism and food handling practices.

I ordered in person and mobile before and lately it has been declining in quality and increasing in mistakes. Go somewhere else for lunch and maybe they won't mess up the next customers order. I ordered and paid for double barbacoa and queso and they didn't even bother to put in any protein or queso. If you want your money to be wasted this is the place to go. Do better.
