  Terrible noise on the speakers, supposed to be music. So terrible I need earplugs. Waiter could not hear me, and he spoke softly as a m.ouse. disturbing music not conducive to pleasant eating At All !

  Today is Super Bowl Sunday, and there was only one employee working. How this young man kept a cordial and professional attitude is beyond me. He did an amazing job ensuring every order was handled correctly even as more and more customers came in. He should be recognized for his amazing service. As for the management... do better at scheduling. There should be 2 employees at all times. Otherwise, the manager should come in and help.

  Not sure why all of these people are getting their panties in the bunch... Ive had great sandwitches and service here everytime. I just went about 10 minutes ago and they were stocking shelves. They dropped everything they were doing and assisted me right away. My sandwich was ready before i was even done paying. Thanks guys!

  I have never had a bad experience with Jimmy John's until this one. If I could give a negative star I would. This is the second time I tried this location with the same results. Slow, (not what their tag line promises and I was the only one in there), bread stale, lettuce gross, sandwich wrong (how?? it's spelled out what goes on it!) and the staff is not the sharpest group. I told the kid making the sandwich that it was wrong and he just stared at me like I was from mars and said "oh". At that point, I knew to cut my losses, take my sandwiches and go. I say go to Jersey Mike's across the street if you really want to grab a sandwich.
