  I was traveling though Chicago And order it online to make it easy. the employees I seemed quite upset And I was missing my burger which was quite upsetting. But besides that it was okay I guess

  They forgot to give me one item that I payed for and I called back and they told too bad there’s nothing we can do that’s sucks such a horrible customer service

  Drive thru always sucks. Got home and my dbl qtr pounder was a single. They brought out my food with no drinks. Waited for them to bring them out just to get home and the food being wrong... go to the McDonald's on Biesterfield. Much better service

  Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers two for my friend and two for me he asked for ketchup and cheese only which he got i ordered mine with cheese only and i got everything on it and extra pickles which i am allergic to so needless to say i had to throw them out and not eat.Oh and this happens about 49 times out of 50. Another words they never can get my very simple order right.
