Wanted to get out of the car and take a nice break with a donut and coffee. As we walked to the entrance there was a sign we are closed only drive through available due to short staffing. I did not want to go back into my car I needed to get out and stretch and eat. We went through the drive through and not hi nothing from their employee. Got our donuts and they were not fresh and stale tasting. What is this. If you have no employees working shut down the place but dont close in middle of the day and sell stale donuts. I completely wasted my time and MONEY!!!!! Pathetic service and food

- VVValJun 5, 20261.0I bought two dozen donuts through the drive-thru, but they were cold and sweaty, definitely not warmed. When I went back to complain at the drive-thru, they lied and said they didn’t have any warm donuts and didn’t offer any solution. Because of that, I had to get out of my car and go inside the store. Inside, they gave me a box of “fresh” donuts, but you could tell they’d been sitting out all day. The first box I got was already opened and touched, so they didn’t exchange it, which I get, but it was still their mistake to give me old donuts. Plus, they didn’t give me a receipt at the time and acted surprised when I asked later. The whole experience was really disappointing, especially since I paid expecting fresh, warm donuts. I usually love Krispy Kreme, but the staff at the register today really let me down.
