Eddy will welcome you into his store, treat you like a friend, and make you one of the best damn coffees you’ll have in your life. I’ve worked in small family restaurants for a number of years, I understand the work it requires, and the toll it can take; it’s tough sometimes - but you can feel the heartbeat of this little shop every time you visit. I’ve been there enough times to know there is a lot of love flowing through that place. Also, I’ve been unfairly ignoring the breakfast menu; I actually started leaving for work early just so I would have an excuse to get a coffee and sandwich for breakfast. Reviews are only a small part of the success of a restaurant, but if this can convince just one person to come and share in the treasure that is Cubano Bros, I will feel as though I have done what I can to support this gem in a sea of lackluster fast-food options.
