  The place was dirty and they did not have any food just rice brown beans and the meats. Pretty sad that at 8pm you are not stocked up for customers.

  I just want to thank Norma for helping me think twice about what I thought was the wrong order. I called stating that I received the wrong ordered and boy I knew I was right. It turned out that the wrong labels were placed on the bowls. Norma made me stop and think to just open everything. It turned out that the orders were correct. I appreciate your patience and kindness Norma.

  Problematic Alberto said today that nobody “upper management” will do anything about his lack of customer service so don’t bother reporting him. So… this place had NO lettuce NO corn NO veggies and a long line. I told Alberto he could’ve put a sign on the door vs watching us wait in the line. 4 people were upset at the mobile counter. ALBERTO was very proud of his lack of service. I have never seen anyone act so despicable towards customers. -100 ⭐️s

  This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been to.. they charged me for double meat when the portion was single, he barley put any meat in my bowl and when I asked to add a little bit more because the amount was so little it was ridiculous he said I will charge you for a double.. absolutely terrible and will never return to this location

  I just read that the CEO promised better portion sizing, apparently that did NOT get to this store. None of my 3 tacos had any chicken on them, trace amounts is more accurate. My daughter's tacos, 2 of them had what I would say is the very minimum and the 3rd was very little chicken. We spent $40 and felt very cheated by the serving sizes. My wife's quesadilla was good so that's the reason I didn't go 1 star. We also ordered chips and queso, the chips were stale, so much for "making fresh" every day. So stale that we grab some tostitos from our pantry and used them instead. There are so many authentic Mexican restaurants in the area, and in fact my wife suggested we go to one but I wanted something quick and thought Chipotle was changing, I was WRONG! When we got home to eat I showed by wife the tiny bit of chicken on my tacos, her comment was, "you should have said something". My reply, "Why should I have to? Do I tell McDonald's to make sure there are 10 nuggets in my meal? No, they know that is the requirement so Why should I have to tell someone who makes tacos for a living that they aren't putting the bare minimum amount of meat?" The same remark could be applied to the freshness of the chips, if you are going to tout them as fresh then they should be. I'll never spend another dollar in a Chipotle again. I won't believe anything the CEO claims either. The place was good at one time, but no longer. I seriously recommend going to a real Mexican restaurant or if you are in a hurry, go to Taco bell (I'm serious).
