I came in for dinner expecting a typical positive experience. Instead, I was met with unwelcoming, visibly disengaged staff. When I asked basic questions, the responses came across as dismissive and impatient, as if I should already know the answers. There were also service issues: I was charged twice for guacamole and for chips with guacamole that I never received. When I asked about the kids’ meal, I still did not receive a clear or helpful explanation. Beyond service, the cleanliness and food preparation were concerning. The serving area and kitchen appeared dirty, and the food was assembled very carelessly—containers were messy, with sauces spilling out. Overall, this visit felt rushed, unprofessional, and inattentive. I hope management addresses these issues, as experiences like this will drive customers away over time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my visit. Once I posted this review they responded to reach out to chipotle main contact us and this is BS because w.o receipt # you can't discuss the issue or anything

The chicken itself was fatty. The service is quick with orders ready on the shelf, unlike other locations that keep them in the back.
