- BLBeautifully Bougie LLCSep 4, 20261.0terrible customer service, ordered wrong flavor at wrong location by mistake called location i originally wanted to go to before hand and they were willing to accomodate and change the flavor since i called before order placed but it was before we realized it was the wrong location. went to correct location and called requesting if possible they can still accomodate and the first woman i got was very kind and said they would honor it this once. i then received SIX CALLS BACK TO BACK which is completely unprofessional just for the manager to RUDELY tell me they have basically not trained their employees properly on policy so i was told the wrong thing and that they would not accomodate me at all and i would have to place an entirely new order “and they’d be happy to make the flavor i wanted”. in a world where everything is already expensive for everyone you would think this rude money hungry man would offer some type of accommodation or courtesy since his teammate already agreed instead he got an attitude because he cannot handle confrontation and hung up on me. will never shop this location again and will be contacting corporate.
- JJJ_2020Sep 1, 20261.0Extremely rude female employee. I called to let the store know that the large ranch I ordered with my order was extremely salty and the taste was off. The lady on the phone just stayed silent after I explained. When I finally said hello are you there she rudely says we don’t use salt we use packets not providing any customer service. The ranch was not made correctly and that is what I was trying to relay. I will go to the Schaumburg Wingstop that is further from my home because the food is fresher and customer service is better. And food quality is consistent.

She was very dry and act as if she didn’t want to be there no smile or nothing!!!! The food was good I can say that but if you going to have people doing customer service at least make sure they friendly!!!

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
