  Family and I very disappointed today 5/16/26 2pm-230pm. We dined in to eat here and ordered our food. But as I pick up my food we received a small nacho cheese fries but I ordered a large 1st strike.. when I brought the food to our table we were missing the cantina crispy chicken. I went up to the counter and complained for the 2nd strike.. person who made it insisted it was there.. I gave him all my orders and prove as a customer we are correct.. then the person "he" had it on his counter also had a laughing gesture which I took very unprofessional as a food maker.. finally 3rd strike i ordered my #2 supreme as I bit into the taco this was not supreme but your regular taco.. then i just asked for a refund my #2 had no more appitite eating in this locatio. This is just unprofessional for the person "he" and was not focused on our order. I am find with 1 mistake.. but 3 mistakes in 1 order is insane.. Refund# f2a392 taco bell 026749

  As far as individual Taco Bells go, this one is a winner. Best location in Elgin, and it’s not even close. They’re the most consistent with food quality compared to the other Elgin locations that can’t even give you edible potatoes. They’re staff here also seems the most locked-in and friendly.

  I love Taco Bell. I’ve been eating Taco Bell my whole life, growing up my family would get the 12 taco pack half crunchy and half soft and it was such a good deal if you have a family! Now as an adult I come here so often, probably too often at one point because I would eat it almost every night for dinner… I love the $5, $7 luxe box. Chips and Cheese are my favorite! My friend Caroline and I have been eating their chips and cheese forever! Delish! I also love their beefy 5-layer burrito 🌯 it is also so delicious! Then if I’m feeling spicy I will love a frozen Mountain Dew Baja blast! Iconic! Thank you, Taco Bell! I’ll see you soon!

  The people need to double check their orders. Also double check your order as soon as I left this drink settled down and it’s not even halfway filled unbelievable for four dollars and they say this is a large looks like a small worst place has the worst times never comes.
