  Ordered a pizza from the app and picked it up, brought it home and it was the wrong pizza. Drove back (was told to bring the pizza) and got the pizza I ordered. The ingredients didn’t include what I paid extra for and my pizza was cold. I was not offered a discount or refund for my trouble and was lied to as they told me my pizza was “fresh”.

  Every time I place an order, it takes more than 40-45 minutes to arrive. Sometimes I wonder if they’re delaying it because of my name.

  I am tired of ordering Pizza from somebody that does not work at the Pizza shop again. They messed up my order wrong ingredients. If they don't understand English, they need more help.

  I live down the street from this location and they took well over thier "estimated" timeline. I called to cancel my order, after talking to the employee that said they were understaffed. But i question why didnt they call to notify me that they were behind or to notify me? There is no reason to wait for food when someone can tell you why....
