  I waited for my food for 15 minutes but there were only 4 other customers inside. They set the food on the counter and did not call the number or anything for 4 minutes before i just looked at it myself and took it. No one will approach the front register at all. Took another 5 minutes just to get napkins. Insane.

  went today 12 pm on 5/8 and the young guy handing food is needs better training or something. i’m sorry but you’re not even making sure if the orders are right since you didn’t even realize my $5 meal came w a sprite plus gave me no straw and no honey mustard even though i asked for it. theres also not enough salt on the fries. do better.

  Los del drive thru son muy desagradables, tengo entendido que hace tiempo incluyeron los scooters electrónicos, bicicletas y yo fui en scooters a recoger mi pedido “ya pagado desde la aplicación” y no quisieron entregarlo porque no fui en carro, pésima atención!!!

  Please hire staff who understand what customer service means. I told the employee (Asia) twice what my order was, but she charged me for a spicy hamburger instead. She then told me to go to the next window, and they also forgot to give me my two Cokes and my chocolate milk...

  Mi experiencia fue MALA me dieron una orden incorrecta al decirles la empleada me torció los ojos y me contesto muy grosera salio manager me hizo el reembolso y me cobro la orden correcta pero al revisar mi cuenta de banco me hicieron los dos cobros o sea no me reembolsaron nada!! Decidimos dar otra oportunidad y fue mi hermana llega con las manos vacías y me dice que salio la manager de turno a decirle que no le van a vender por que no tienen cambio que consiga cambio y vuelva después de llevar cambio le dieron la orden mal otra vez a demas de que tardan años para preparar una orden
