  It’s very important that they emphasize on details… I know it’s a fast pace job but it’s very important to keep customers happy. Today I was not a happy customer… I ordered a Big Mac meal on my lunch break and I got a Big Mac WITHOUT MEAT!! Very disappointed

  I visited today to order a large iced caramel latte, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. I was given a medium instead of the large I ordered, and as you can see, the drink was not even filled properly. The taste was also off—it didn’t have the caramel flavor at all. Additionally, the employee at the drive-thru seemed to be in a bad mood. I greeted her and said thank you, but she did not respond and appeared unfriendly. Overall, the quality of the drink and the customer service did not meet expectations.
