  Order said it was ready for pickup, came in 5 minutes after order said it was ready, and needed to wait another 15 minutes. One person in the store.

  Mind blown. Placed a mobile pick up 20 minutes ago. I went inside to grab it and they were just now working on it. Not a single customer inside of the space.

  Ordered and drove the 10 min to pick it up. My order still wasn’t packed or ready. I waited a couple min. Guy got my fountain drink fresh which was nice. Girls in the back messing with the music turned it super loud. Like obnoxiously loud so I had to shout over the music to the poor guy working the register who seems new and confused. Wasn’t his fault. Got home to open my unwich and it’s wet. Like unusually wet. No idea why . I had to wrap it in a tortilla and eat the soggy mess. My kids turkey tom had like 3 pieces of meat on it. He was still hungry afterward it wasn’t like the quality I’d usually expect from Jimmy John’s. I’ll drive out of my way next time to a diff location.
