- SGSireen GalvanApr 21, 20261.0I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order the speaker was broken so I called to let them know I was in the drive thru waiting and I called because of the broken speaker the lady on the phone was rude. When I pulled forward to the window i could hear her telling the other coworkers in a mocking voice what I had said on the phone and then told them “no duh the speaker is broken there’s a sign”. I asked for the store managers number and was given a number that did not work. The gentleman that handed me my order was nice and professional but the lady was rude and outta line.

They should have a sign that says only 30 minutes in the store because the homeless sit there all day and want free food and coffees. They should have a key to the bathrooms. And they should do a fingerprint clockin so nobody can clock in 3 times when they only worked one shift.
