- DDDoorAug 20, 20261.0First off, I want to say that when I initially approached the counter and told the woman I wanted 6 tacos, she looked shocked, repeated “6 tacos,” and laughed. I’m not sure what that was about, but it was already an uncomfortable start. The main reason I’m leaving this review, though, is the customer service from the young man working the pico section around 6:05 PM on 8/20. He clearly seemed annoyed by the ingredients I was requesting across my two separate taco orders. I told him I wanted the verde on the side because I was reading my order from my phone, but I wasn’t being indecisive or taking forever. Every time I told him an ingredient, he immediately responded with an aggressive “Anything else?” without really giving me a chance to clarify which ingredients were going on which taco. At one point, he almost put the corn on the wrong taco. I understand there was a long line, but that doesn’t mean customers should feel rushed or like they’re inconveniencing employees for wanting to make sure their order is correct—especially when we’re paying Chipotle prices. Corporate, the young man working the pico section needs to be spoken to about his customer service. No one is forcing you to work here, and customers shouldn’t have to deal with an attitude simply because they’re placing a specific order. It’s honestly no surprise this Chipotle has such low reviews. The food is one thing, but the customer service needs serious improvement.
