  Service is sooo slow. Honestly, the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Wait time is always at least 10/15 minutes. They almost always have you pull around front to get your food, even when no one is behind you in the drive though. Every time I come here the drive through speaker person tells me to hold on... even when the place is EMPTY. Today I came in and the guy at the speaker tells me "hold on" (literally no other customers are there) no "please" no "thank you" Maybe I'm old school (34yrs old) I just thought if you're holding someone up you'd use manners. My order is almost always wrong and it's simply just asking for no sour cream. I see every other negative reviewer is essentially saying the same thing. Possibly they don't pay attention to reviews but I will be driving to the St. Charles Taco Bell from now on just because they're quick, polite and don't mess up your order (: I've tried multiple occasions but this place is not it.

  Been to this location a few times. Every time I've been here the employees are super friendly and the service in the drive thru has been fast! In my opinion one of the best taco bell locations.

  I ordered on door dash and they had an issue with some of their equipment. The staff contacted me through the dash driver and offered a substitution. Thank you for the good service 👍👍

  The young lady working did well and restored faith in humanity on March 28 at 11 pm. She should get a raise as well as the staff as they seemed to have a never ending line.
