I am a truck driver. After driving for 12 hours I decided to stop in to order mcdonalds from this place. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal to go. When the lady gave me my order I asked for ketchup. She put 2 ketchup packets in the bag. I chuckled and said can I get 2 more ketchup packets? She put one in the bag and said that's all I can give you and walked off. This is mcdonalds, there is no cap on ketchup packets. I dont understand why she was hoarding ketchup packets. I put 2 on my quarter pounder alone. So all I had was 1 left for a medium fries. That is horrible customer service. I wish I got her name but it was around 3:30 pm on 5-18-2026. I spend too much money on mcdonalds to get treated this way
WHY do online McDonald’s advertisements say they are open 24hrs when they are NOT open 24hrs?! I just drove over 30 miles bcuz they say they are open online. WHY waste peoples time and energy?! CHANGE IT!! If it’s not open 24hrs, then change it to that. If it is than just let the public know for Christ sake!!
Few staff with a terrible attitude. They don't greet you or return your greeting. They throw your orders at you and look at you like you're a nuisance; they don't even say "please wait" or ask how they can help you. And these are the people who serve the public, including the manager. It's sad that this person (the manager) doesn't motivate the employees or set a good example. This person was working on May 16th (saturday) his shift at 6 a.m., and he's a man. As a suggestion, give them customer service training, motivational talks, and monetary incentives, and you'll see how they'll become the company they used to be. McDonald's has declined in every way: quality, cleanliness, and customer service. 👎😮💨
Poco personal con muy mala actitud. No te saludan ni te contestan tu saludo. Te tiran tus pedidos y te miran como una molestia, ni siquiera dicen que esperes por favor ni te preguntan en qué te pueden servir. Y esas personas son las que atienden al público, entre ellos, el manager. Es una tristeza que esta persona (el manager) no motive a los empleados ni les de el ejemplo. Esta persona estaba atendiendo su turno el 16 de mayo (sabado) a las 6am, es un hombre.
Como sugerencia, denles entrenamiento para atender al público, charlas de motivación e incentivos monetarios y verán cómo volverán a ser la empresa de antes. McDonald's ha decaído en todo: calidad, limpieza y atención al cliente 👎😮💨

Was traveling from Merrillville, IN to Memphis. Stopped at McDonald's in Effingham, IL. The absolute worst ever! 😡 Ordered a simple 6pc Nuggets. 6 cold, old and dried out Nuggets. Definitely should have been tossed out 3-4 days ago 😡

Truly terrible experience. Cold fries, 2 drinks ordered both wrong. Cheeseburger ordered plain, it wasn't. Slushy that my daughter ordered could be made because "machine wasn't dethawed" subed another one and it was basically just ice no flavor. Very rude workers.
