  Messed my order up, but it was a new employee and the manager on duty fixed it fast and way over compensated. I was very happy at the end of my visit. Good job all.

  On Aug 22nd 645 pm came to ARBYS in effingham. No air conditioner. Apparently it is “always” out.its 80 degrees. Then they were using someone’s log in on the cashier of someone that was no longer employed there. The cashier asked the manager and she stated oh I can’t get it to work so we are using her log in. Isn’t there some type of law against using someone’s credentials? Especially when it has to do with money. It truly is one of the worst ARBYS I have ever stepped foot in. Think I will reach out to the global corp. surely they don’t want their name associated with how poor this one is. Plus doing illegal. So if you are a past employee that your name starts with an H I would definitely look into this. I can not say who the manager was as no one had name tags on.. went to sit down and every table was filthy..

  Arby's is HT1 food.. but it costs like a million dollars to get anything....... you should make a 6 for 7 deal 😉.

  the air conditioning in this dump has been out for over a year get with it i don’t know how you stay in business
