Wife and I had dinner there on Friday night and the food was ok, but quite bland. Not necessarily bad but nothing special or worth the $30 plus spent.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere and service were more disappointing. The dining area was quite empty however, every table was dirty, chairs strung about and condiments and food scattered around the floors.
The young man who filled our order completely acted like we were bothering him by being there to order and eat. He would mumble and didn’t actually speak the entire time when trying to communicate around what we wanted on your our items. That said, the young girl who rung us out was very nice and would actually speak.
It’s shocking when you experience a Chick-fil-A or a Culver’s and how well they’re ran, how the employees communicate, etc. and then compare it to some other fast food type restaurants Like this experience.

Had an online order. when I got there my food was left on the counter while another order was being taken. a fly was just sitting on one of the churro chips. I didn't want it. The girl said she threw it away but I think she put it back in my bag. Flies were on the utensils. The bar was filthy food everywhere and there was meat that filled the grill and it was just sitting there raw. I was told they didn't do refunds okay. I was going to call corporate. They had weird attitudes like it was normal to have the flies on food. Anywho received a refund and will never be back.

Sign in lobby says free drinks for students with student ID with purchase of entree. I purchased an entree online. I asked if I could get the free drink with my school ID. Nope, no drink for me. Silly.

I either have a great experience here or a very lukewarm experience. I went at 7:00 PM today and they were cleaning the ovens, covering them for the night, and they were out of several items. It felt much more like a 8:00 PM close time vs a 10:00 PM. If you’re going to clean up early and stop making food, perhaps adjust the close time.
