  Ordered a mobile order, sat at the spot for 20 minutes and watched the entire drive thru line get cleared out while I sat. My mobile order changed as if my food had been delivered, so I went inside. They handed me my food immediately, I asked how long it had been sitting "it just finished, she was about to send it out". All of the ice in the drink was melted and the food was cold. I called to complain and the same employee who told me it had just come up argued with me and hung up on me.   I ordered curbside and they forgot to bring me my food, then 30 minutes later, I went through the drive thru to ask what happened, and they just handed me the cold food like it was no big deal. Pathetic. I wasn't going to write a review, but Google asked and I'm still a bit mad that I waited probably 45 minutes total for a cold burger and fries, a watered down sprite, and 3 brick hard cookies. I know it's McDonald's, but the money spent is real, not McDollars lol.

  Don’t come here unless you want to wait 20 minutes in line, just to wait at the speaker with no response for over 10 minutes. Then when you finally receive your food, your food tastes like it’s been sitting there all day.

  disgusting!! The lady with gray hair and red shirt who I’m pretty sure is the manager was very disrespectful and my order took over 30 minutes. I have places to be, my Mrs shouldn’t take over 30 minutes. If you need time to catch up with other orders maybe stop taking more orders and explain to customers that it’ll be a wait till you guys can catch up. ridiculous, and the places wasn’t even clean. And what’s worse is that when I did end up receiving my food after an hour to be exact, my food was messed up. MY FRIES WERE SOGGY. I can’t even eat the food no more and I just know if I end up trying to get a refund the old lady is going to even have a worse attitude and i didn’t want to deal with with that. I just wasted my time, my money and I didn’t even the food. disappointed!!! Waited an hour, asked about my food after 30 minutes and the response I got was “it shouldn’t be that hard waiting” um .. ma’am, this place is called a fast food and no one really waits 30 minutes for some fries and burgers. Is it really that hard to do your job and manage your store???? safe to say I’m never coming back. service was slow, the place and the bathrooms smelt, food on the floor, tables sticky, nothings restocked in the fountain station area either. what are we truly doing in the kitchen other than people laughing and VAPING???

  Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through tonight 4/17/26. Management is completely incompetent. They didn't warn us ahead of time that they were running behind or even apologize for our wait. Then our food was cold and my half and half tea was only sweet. Their manager was completely losing it, a total nervous wreck. It was obvious the training of their entire team was nil. I work in food service so I can tell the entire kitchen was a disaster from the top down. I saw multiple food safety violations while we were waiting. What a joke. It's a Friday night and they clearly had their C team scheduled.
