    Coffee and specialty drinks are great but getting through the drive through is a nightmare at times. Have at least 30 minutes free before attempting it.

    The coffee is decent for a chain. There are a lot of different options. Price point is fair for what you get. Definitely better than Starbucks! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

    I come here everyday. Literally everyday. This isn’t the first time this has happened but it’s sure the last. I ordered on the app well over 30 minutes prior to my arrival. When I arrive a young lady is placing a 6 drink order. She finishes and I say my name to pick up. They tell me tall be right up. 9 minutes go by the young lady that placed her drink order at the window gets all 6 of hers and they didn’t even start mine. Again, you know my name I come everyday. You’d think that’d be important. Shame on you guys for not even caring and handing me a refund receipt too so I can spend 20 minutes on the phone to get my money and tip back. (The girl who order 6 tipped 0).

    Sydney was so kind and was a great server ! Her recommendation for the Tigers Blood Frozen Lemonade really was just what I needed!! I quickly got through the drive through and was treated like royalty!

    Dutch Bros Coffee is one of my regular stops, and I probably visit at least a few times a week for takeout. I usually swing by the drive-thru around 8:00 AM on my way to work, and the service is always fast and friendly. My go-to order is an iced Golden Eagle, and it's consistently made just the way I like it every time. The baristas are always upbeat, greet me with a smile, and keep the line moving even during the morning rush. I've also tried a few of their seasonal drinks, and they've all been great. It's one of those places I can count on for good coffee, quick service, and a positive start to the day, which is why I keep coming back.
