If one is paying $8.00 for a drink, a rebel dronk. That looked like they poured red bull in a cup,it should at least be accurate! The first time. I paid over 5.00 for a glass of ice. I asked for tea with no ice. As I was taking it to work. THE GIRL handing the drinks out at the windows cant hear you if you question something. ANYWAY THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND MY OPINION. IT MADE ME FEEL CHEATED AND WHO WOULD WANT TO RETUTN IT AND WAIT ANOTHER 30 for a correction.

She is the kind of person you'd try to steal away to work at your own restaurant. It was my first visit to a Dutch Bros, while I appreciate the two menu boards, it would be nice to know ordering is at the window. I felt a little foolish waiting to be greeted when that is not how it works. Unlike every other drive-thru in the world. As for the espresso, it just is not what my palate expected, nor did it taste good to me (total personal preference). I will also say that a thermometer is a necessary barista tool, hot latte should actually be hot. I Absolutely 💯 appreciate the service.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
