  Sauce flavors are simpler than many of the other BBQ places and that's a good thing! Doc's flavors are excellent and I found combining them resulted in the perfect flavor for me, a little spicy, some smokiness: fruity sweetness and the perfect zestiness. The pulled pork is tender and moist. Prices are reasonable and sides are better than many other places. You'll be surprised by the seasoned fries which are crispy and fluffy with a delicious seasoning.

  Pork steak was amazing. Brisket was 4/5. Chicken wasn’t that good. Sides are the down fall, they definitely need more work. Service was inattentive and slow.

  Good food fair price it's was a bit weird that the food was brought out as it was available so 1st person had their food 10 mins before the next person and we had 4 in our party. Would have preferred that food came out hot and together not staggered like that

  I and my husband go to Doc’s about once every 3 weeks. I have to say I get different things and the 4 Bone rib and one side I got today. The second the plate was set down in front of me I knew those ribs were going to be extra excellent and they were. The baked beans were as good as always. My husband always gets the Doc’s signature brisket sandwich with french fries and he said it was even extra good today and the fries were awesome and the order of them was huge.. Good work Doc’s. Keep up the good work.
