  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Absolutely amazing experience at Dairy Queen in Edwardsville! The staff was super friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the ice cream was perfect as always. The restaurant was clean, service was fast, and everyone made us feel welcome. You can really tell the team works hard to provide great customer service. Highly recommend stopping by for a meal or sweet treat!

  This Dairy Queen has a fireplace! Was not expecting that! I had a frozen lemonade. It was delicious!

  Ordered curbside and called 3 times like the app told me nobody picked up and I think 1 time they declined me so I went inside. They told me there were out of cold fudge but then found some a tiny bit later so no complaints there. Overall not a terrible experience, normally I wouldn't complain but I just had surgery so getting out of my car is an issue.

  The drive thru staff is incredibly rude. They treat customers as an inconvenience to whatever personal drama is being discussed. Food was cold. The most umprofessional male taking money and handing out food has zero courtesy. He hands me a soda thet clearly overflowed and was all over the outside of the cup. I asked for a napkin so I could wipe it off since they put none in the food bag. He starts arguing that the soda maker machine overflows onto the cups. So he can't use common sense to wipe it off himself? I often eat here because its close to my workplace and my lunch is only 30 minutes. No more. Not worth it.

  Whoa. Ignored for five minutes. Then had to wait as food was made on my mobile order. Staff was rude. Nothing like listening to one talk personal smack as they ignore you. Then continue the you are less than me approach by acting like you are taking up their time. Sad. Photos, as one sits left ignored at the counter you notice things that just plain do not make sense or merely straight up unprofessional for to be left out on a Dairy Queen counter! The counter where you meet, greet, and provide customer service. Not have as a second office with sensitive information just tossed around with out regard nor respect. Staff member then had the audacity to question my integrity of my personal mobile order. I can not express enough the level of disappointment visiting this location. Food tasted just like the subpar treatment; crap.
