  Wife and I went for dinner last Friday night and ended up walking out and went to Qdoba instead. Chipotle was out of chicken and Steak I believe. The food display was a complete mess and not clean at all. Same with the dining room, tables dirty, chairs everywhere, floor had food and condiment items strung about. There was four or five workers standing behind the counter talking, etc., with no one attending to the dining area or cleaning up the food display. Very disappointing experience and poorly ran. It was our first time of this location and unfortunately, we will not return.

  This is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Food was tasteless and service was mundane. When it first opened it was great but has went way down. Fairview Heights is 100 percent better. I will never return to this location 😔.

  I asked for guacamole which is an up charge they gave me whole avocados couldn’t even eat it .

  Yesterday I placed an order for a chicken bowl with lime chili chips and queso. It was placed online for pickup. When my order was ready I pulled up to the mobile order window and saw workers busy inside making food. Sure, they were busy and I was willing to wait til they got a minute but they clearly saw me sitting there and ignored me like I wasn't there. So I pulled around front and went inside. I asked a young man about my order and he handed it to me. I asked him if they were utilizing the mobile order window and he said "OH maybe we weren't open yet" I said how when I was out there not even 2 minutes ago? Then he says well maybe we were too busy....I said so u allow your customers to just sit instead of calling for someone else to assist? There were other workers in the store. I took my food and went and sat on the parking lot behind the building to eat my lunch. Lets talk about how I only had like 5 chips in my chili lime bag, no queso in my bowl and like 2 pieces of chicken in the entire bowl! I told my friends that frequent that location and we all agree the service and food there is TERRIBLE. Almost $20 for a vegan bowl and 5 chips is CRAZY. I don't think I will be going back. The location in Fairview is much much better.

  I NEVER leave reviews- ever… but today I received absolutely unacceptable customer service. I went in around 6pm today and said I wanted two bowls to go. Usually they ask what type of rice/beans/meat etc however the man working the first half of the line just stared at me- weird right? I asked for a double portion and he was scooping the meat and shaking the scoop so he wouldn’t give me a lot even though I ASKED FOR DOUBLE. Before he passed my bowls off to the girl working the veggie part of the line I quickly asked “I’m sorry can I get more meat the portions just look a little small” in a nice way. I wasn’t rude or demanding. The employee literally laughed in my face and so I told the girl idk why he’s laughing at me? She gave me a weird look. He’s still looking at me and smirking. Finally, I go to pay, and then continued laughing at and looking right at me while I was standing at the cashier. He didn’t even try to be subtle about it!! I’m sorry, but what exactly was so funny? I’m a paying customer asking for a bigger portion since I’m being charged $30.73 for two bowls with double chicken. not something that should apparently be treated like a comedy routine. If you work in customer service, you should probably understand that mocking customers within earshot of them is not acceptable behavior. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected over something that should have been a completely normal interaction. Management seriously needs to address how their employees treat customers.
