    Thursday at lunch I visited the store through the drive-through and I noticed this person making sandwiches. I don’t care how you want to dress in your normal day to day life but if you’re making sandwiches and your butt is hanging out of your pants and I can see your butt crack, maybe you shouldn’t be making sandwiches. I asked to speak to the manager, Raven, and she was very rude and I could tell as soon as she came up to the window and saw me she had an attitude right away. She told me that Jimmy John’s does not have a dress code and the employee can wear whatever she wants as long as she was not touching her underwear or her pants, she, the manager, didn’t care and if she did, she needed to change her gloves. While I watched through the window, this employee touched her pants multiple times because she was adjusting them and she never changed her gloves that I ever saw. Also, if this employee has a slow moment and turns around and leans up against the counter, does that mean her underwear are leaning up against the counter? So, if anyone’s interested in getting pink eye with a side of E. coli along with their lunch from this Jimmy John’s, they’re happy to serve you.

    I frequently visit this location and all the employees are so nice. They even greeted my little dog in the drive thru and offered him a snack! I haven’t tried a sandwich there I didn’t like, and I die for their lemon cookie when they have it!! 🤤 Sometimes I get delivery and I’m always met with fast, kind service. Make sure and tip these kids well, they deserve it! 🙏

    I decided to pick up some food for an early dinner one day. I placed an order online and got there while they were still making it. They told me to pull around and when I got to the window I saw a lady messing with her braids and then touching people food and drinks. She finally saw me in the window and said that it would be a couple of minutes- okay no big deal I just placed it and got there early. I could tell they were almost down with my last sandwich (I could tell it was one of mine) the girl who was preparing and wrapping my sandwich TOUCHED HER UNDERWEAR AND PULLED HER PANTS US WITH THE GLOVES SHE IS TOUCHING PEOPLE FOOD WITH. Luckily I was watching and she didn’t do it when she was making my food but she didn’t change her gloves after she did that and went on and continued to make sandwiches with the same gloves she had on before. I’m a person who LOVES Jimmy John’s and for someone who goes to this location a lot I’m never coming back to this location.

    Last two times I went here staff were rude. I did my order online and got ignored when I came to pick up. I looked at one of the only bags I saw and got snapped at because I did that then she told me this is mine and instead of handing it to me, she made a point to throw it on the counter. She then went over to take care of a child in the corner that I assume was the employees kid at work. I won’t go here anymore. The only Jimmy Johns where staff is rude.
