I asked Pepper, chipotles AI, and was told missing my entire order "request has been reviewed, and it has been determined ineligible for compensation." I then tried to call this Chipotle to get help and was hung up on twice. I then went to Pepper again and said my delivery just never showed up. They said they would give me a live agent, but I waited for 20mins. I truly just wanted a refund of my food to be reordered.

Guy at the grill "I don't know why we need to cook more steak". He was obviously annoyed. So then I told the people behind us that if they wanted something other than steak that they could go in front of me. The two girls went around us got brown rice, chicken and then she asked for vegetables. The guy on the grill turns around and says absolutely not, I'm not cooking any vegetables, we are out for the night. Um...you're open until 11:00 sir. Your online delivery customers are going to be pissed. So, the 13 customers turned around and left. The tables were dirty, pop machine had drinks all over the floor, the bathroom had no paper towels and the dryer didn't work either. We were here 2 weeks ago and they were out of queso, chips were stale and no carbonation for the drinks, but wanted to give it another try. We left and went to Moe's.
