- DKDaniel KechkerMay 13, 20261.0My burrito was at best 4 inches long, it was as long and wide as my pointer finger. It was 90% rice with almost not a bit of meat. The pico, corn, cheese, and sour cream were completely missing. Worst chipotle experience ever.

They have my name and information so all I can gather is that the manager doesn’t care. One of the times I called, they read back the order and my name so I know the information is there. I paid almost $40 for an Uber Eats order that Chipotle screwed up. No one else and now for some reason they won’t call me back which is incredibly frustrating. The order or items should have been cancelled, but the staff just took it upon themselves to put alternate items I didn’t want in the bag. Mistakes happen, but take ownership and fix the issue.

You got 10 people working there and only 3 of them actually doing any work. Dude with the gauges in his ears needs to do something besides complain to other people about what they are doing wrong. Crusty ears needs to help out. And keep his nasty ears from over top of any food .... Disgusting
