  Me and my friend just went to grab lunch, and our servers were awesome!! A worker named Matt started our order by asking us how we were, and that really just helped the whole experience be a positive one!! Another younger worker also took time to make sure our bowls were clean and was kind with the portion sizes we asked for as well!! Today was a win for Chipotle, and I’d come here all the time if the service was consistently like it was today!!!

  Well what can I say about my families experience last night. My wife, my sons and I came in after a ball game to eat and it was the most unpleasant experience, we have ever had at a restaurant. We came in around 6:30 and the place was chaos. A male manager was yelling and cursing at a female employee in front of customers. It was clear he and another girl were clearly bullying and harassing the poor girl to the point of hostility. It got to a point where she had to step away from the counter, she looked as though she was about to cry. I have witnessed some terrible people in life but this guy takes the cake. It took everything in me to keep from confronting this man. I was ready to flip out on him especially because I had our boys with us, they are the only reason I did not. I can't say we will ever be back to Chipotle if this is the kind of people they have running it. I will be looking for the Chipotle Corporate number and calling them around lunch time today. This is not acceptable under any circumstance.

  I don't usually write these reviews but I have thought about it since Wednesday night and feel that I should. I came in to grab some food and as I am standing there a guy that works there started yelling "my ball are bleeding" in a very vulgar way. There were kids in there at the time. I don't know how this behavior is accepted. I went to the cashier and asked to talk to the manager and she pointed out the guy saying my balls are bleeding. She said he was their second in charge. He was a white guy that had gages in his ears and a man bun. I asked her if he always talked that way and she said daily. I informed her you know that that can be a form of sexual harassment and she should think about reporting him to his boss. This is a totally unacceptable behavior at any work place. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

  This has to be my favorite location to go to. Today me and my man had decided to try the one on Sterling in Peoria because it was closest and the staff were so disrespectful and rude and completely ruined my entire night. My man then took me to this East Peoria location and explained to the staff what the other store did wrong and without hesitation or questioning the lady gave him everything I needed. She was so very polite and helpful and I will probably only ever come to this location next time. The lady cared about us as people and not just customers and wanted to make my experience better! She made my whole night and I wish I knew her name so I could call her out specifically but unfortunately I do not. Thank you to the East Peoria Chipotle for fixing my messed up order and making my night and dinner better!

  My coworkers and I tend to go and visit this place every now and then, but after our recent experience, we've decided that our money is best spent elsewhere. Arriving and getting in line for our food was no issue, but as for our treatment at the front of house, it left our appetites soured and put a dampener on what we all considered to be a fairly good day. The woman who took our order was fantastic, she was friendly and we exchanged jokes and laughs with each other that started things off on a fantastic note. Unfortunately, the woman we were handed off to, on top of her vape being visible in her work shirt pocket, was short tempered and extremely unprofessional. While in the middle of preparing to wrap my burrito, I had requested for it to be double wrapped, something I figured wouldn't be on overly complex request. She paused with a look of inconvenience on her face, and simply stared at my food as if she was just asked to solve a quantum mechanics problem. She used this time, to start complaining under her breath as she stormed over towards the front of the line to grab another taco shell and huffed and puffed the whole time while doing so. Raising my eyebrows at that surprising experience, I went to the cash register to pay for my meal, the woman who was at the register was clearly unhappy to be there. Her tone was annoyed with me the whole time, and once I had paid, she may as well had thrown my meal at me. My coworkers and I left Chipotle frustrated with our experience and debating on whether we should share around the office to avoid this location due to our experience. You are in a field where customer experience and food quality are king. Do better. And to the employees who think that behavior is acceptable in ANY setting, perhaps the unemployment line is a more fitting place for you.
